This course will fulfill the Phase II requirements for the Consultation and Guidance process. By registering for this course, you have completed Phase I and received a copy of the Phase II form from the Office of Consultation and Guidance. If you cannot find that email, please click here to download the form to begin creating your plan.

In addition, you will find a discussion board concerning the Phase II plan for those who need clarity, want help finding resources, or just want to find out what others are doing for their Phase II opportunity.

When you have finished creating your plan, please upload it here and I will reply with any questions before approving it.
